Before founding Aeriis Insights Group, Kevin D. Wright built leadership experience across mental health organizations and Fortune 100 enterprises, including Bank of America / MBNA, Target, and U.S. Bank. His responsibilities have spanned domestic and international markets, including work connected to Spain, Ireland, England, and beyond.
He has led Six Sigma at Target and product development, segmentation, and strategy at U.S. Bank. That experience shapes how Aeriis approaches leadership, culture, decision-making, and performance.
Aeriis also draws on the experience of seasoned advisors and practitioners, including Dr. David Rudder’s background as a college professor and university dean, and Dr. Aliya Jones’ expertise as a physician and psychiatrist. Together, this perspective
gives Aeriis depth across executive leadership, higher education, organizational behavior, mental health, human performance, and institutional change.
